Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you (it may take up to 24 hours to activate in the USPS system).

Q: My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?
A: If your tracking hasn’t updated in 15+ business days (U.S.) or 30+ days (international), email contact@mh3kawaiimarket.com and we’ll help you locate your package or determine next steps.

Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
A: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. Certain items are final sale or non-returnable—see our Return Policy.
Q: How do I start a return?

Q: I received a damaged item — help!

Q: How do I clean or care for my MH3 items?

Clear Window Front Bags (Ita Bags) — Wipe gently with a soft cloth; avoid soaking hardware/LED components.
Plush Hoodies — Machine wash gentle cycle with similar colors; tumble dry low.
Avoid bleach and high heat to keep colors soft and dreamy.
Q: What does “Fairy Light Add-On” mean?

A: At this time, we are not issuing new gift cards as we transition our shop.
